Phantasy Star IV Level 99 and Megid Fixes
This package includes two patches that fix bugs in the original US and Japan releases of Phantasy Star IV. Two patches, one for each version are included.
The infamous Level 99 glitch causes incorrect application of character statistics on reaching Level 99. Stats may be lowered, Skills may be lost, and characters may swap stats at that level. These patches will fix this glitch in both versions.
The Japan release patch will also fix another issue. When Rudy/Chaz learns Megid, he loses access to the Nazan technique. When the Japan release patch is applied, he will be able to have both techniques.
